Overall the findings are encouraging as 103 out of 191 Member States submitted annual reports. Moreover, notable progress has been made in the implementation of the PoA, especially in the areas of national legislation, weapons collection and destruction, and public awareness. A full complement of recommendations on how to encourage states to carry their efforts even further, both in terms of PoA implementation and reporting, is presented throughout the study. aAfricaaAmericansaAsiaaEuropeaOceania2 aParker S4aut2 aUNIDIR20260811093915.0 c15819d15819 00104070aUWEDbUWEDcANTd2013-05-21l0o327.37 C 34p000014266r2026-08-11 09:39:15w2026-08-11yBK
